I’m not anti candy for my kids but I try not to over sugar them. This year I’m looking at alternatives for candy to hand out. I want to make sure the kids enjoy what we are handing out. I want to make sure they are fun and they will like it just as much as candy.

I also want to stay within our candy budget. I usually buy about 2-3 bags of candy for Halloween which can be about $10 to $15. I tried to find candy alternatives that were about the same price. The one that does break the budget is play doh, but play doh is so much fun!
