What happened to the kitchen?

If you are new here or to my videos you may not know what’s happening in my kitchen right now! Well our house was having the siding replaced and the contractors hit a pipe inside the wall. We had a three day slow leak that seeped up under my kitchen flooring completely ruining it. We are now living with no dishwasher, floors torn apart and trying to get everything fixed. We will be getting new flooring down any day now. But why is this effecting my weight you might ask. I’m so stressed and I’m stress eating. Is that healthy no, but I’m working on it. This is also effecting my weight because basically cooking from scratch takes a lot of dishes and time in the kitchen. I’ve decided to go more with convenience foods just to not cause more stress. So we are not eating the healthiest right now.

Goals:

  • Ride bike every morning
  • Log food on My Fitness Pal
  • Maintain weight
