Post Meals of the Week and Menu Plan 1/14

Last week we were on a tight budget for groceries.  I decided to do a large batch of a taco chili that makes about 10 servings on Sunday. I then packaged up the meals into single servings for TJ and I. This is a great way to stretch out your budget and to make your meals easy.

I love sharing my meals of the week with my YouTube followers (you should become one) and I thought I should be sharing them with the Pepper Scraps readers as well! I’m still getting back into the habit of capturing my meals of the week, so this isn’t my best video. But I wanted to start getting back into the habit and wanted to start sharing.

Next Week’s Meal Plan

This week I wasn’t able to do a meal plan as it was too busy this weekend. This happens and I just try to make it through with my few go to meals.

What do I use to plan my meals?

Simple Meal Planning - Plan to Eat

I love using Plan to Eat for my menu planning. They have a great drag and drop calendar that you can use. You can store all your recipes right there. Try them out for Free (aff link)
