A very special thing happened today. Zane and I were sitting in the car waiting while TJ ran into McDs to see if they had Tomb Raider in the Red Box. Suddenly a little bird sat on the outside edge of the window and just looked in at Zane. It sat there for a good full minute just staring at him. He cocked his head this way and that and Zane just loved it. It flitted to sit on the mirror by me and just stared in at me for a moment or two. Then the little darling left.
I told TJ he must have been just sitting there going, “Do you have a french fry for me? French Fry. I want a french fry.” LoL

And I think it’s so nice to find inspiration for creative work from everyday occurrences. I think that’s one way God speaks to us and bestows to us His gift of grace.
