5 Tips for Your Stay-cation

As you may have noticed it’s been quiet around here and that is because my husband had last week off and we decided to have a stay-cation.  We thought we might go somewhere, but things didn’t work out well with my work and planning so we stayed home and did day trips.

The following vlog is all about 5 tips I learned from last week, so if you are planning on a stay-cation now or in the future I hope this helps you out.

And here are some of the best photos from our trip:

Aww, looks like fun! I’ve been meaning to plan a stay-cation for us, too, but we keep needing to actually go somewhere! :-)

Stay-cations are economical and allows us to be a tourist in our own town or close by. Planning is important. At least planning the day and what time to get out of the house. It is easy to let time run away. I did one to a local state park in the spring. It did feel like a good break.

This time I am away but doing work on the computer. Did take two days and really stayed out.

    Nice tips
