Pepper’s Planning to Eat June 25-July 1

I’m a day late, but didn’t want to distract you from my very important post about Pepper Scraps. If you haven’t read it go now!! So here is the plan for this week:

The Menu:

Lunch:

  • Monday: Whatever needs to be used Frittata
  • Tuesday: Tuna Melt
  • Wednesday: Curried Chickpea Tuna Salad
  • Thursday: Chicken Breast with Greek Yogurt Dip
  • Friday: Left over Chickpea Tuna Salad
  • Saturday: Nuts, deli meat, and yogurt
  • Sunday:  Left over Creamy Black Bean Chicken Soup

Dinners:
