Avocado Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chicken shredded (4oz)
  • 1/4 cup avocado cubed
  • 1/4 cup black beans
  • 2 tablespoons red onion diced
  • 2 tablespoons diced celery
  • 2 tablespoons plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Mix till smooth
  3. Serve on a bed of lettuce, a thin bun, whole wheat bread or in a wrap
