The challenge is over and it has been an amazing ride. How did you do?
Personally I made my goal most days, some days life happened and I didn’t make it. But you know what, that’s okay.
What have I gained from the challenge?
I find that I have built in some great habits from this challenge.
I wake up and find myself a glass of water right away
I make sure and refill my 26oz cup at least 2-3 times a day
I keep better track of where I am in my water intake
I can look at a couple and gauge how much water I’m getting from it
What did others gain?
I hope this 64 oz is more of a habit now. I feel that I should even increase it. But then I’d live in the bathroom lol I feel great. This is the 1st time I’ve stuck to a h2o challenge this long. – @Chasing_Joy
[W]ith the heat, it has not only been healthy, but life saving. My allergies are a lot better too! – @dishwaterdreams
