5 easy protein shake recipes for lunches

All Pro Science sent me a their 100% grass fed whey protein powder to review for you. I was interested in their protein as it has only 6 ingredients and I recognized the names of them all, you can check it out here, just click “Click For Supplement Facts”. I also liked that the main sweetener is stevia.

Their calorie to protein ratio is perfect for my diet as well. I always try to do 1 gram of protein to 10 calories, which is hard to do, but APS blows that out of the water with 130 calories and 23 grams of protein!

A Week of Protein Shake Lunches

This week I did protein shakes for lunches, if you follow me on Instagram you got to see my shakes right away.  I wanted to do very simple and easy recipes so that I could just mix up my shakes quickly. I had a busy week and this was a very fast way to do lunch and I could take it on the go with me if I needed.

Conclusion: APS is Awesome + Discount Code

I’m really excited to find a protein powder I can be confident in it’s ingredients and that tastes great. They will be my protein powder of choice. I am a little disappointed at their cost. They are one of the more expensive protein powders out there, but on the other hand they are using really high quality ingredients.

I am very excited that I get to offer you a discount code to help with the cost of their protein powder though. You can get 40% off using Pepper40 when purchasing your protein powder.
