Today I wanted to share a quick and easy way to make your water that more refreshing without really adding that many calories!

Cucumber & Mint Water


  • ice
  • water
  • 1/2 cup cucumbers sliced
  • 3-4 leafs fresh mint


  1. Tear the mint slightly to release the flavor
  2. Layer ice, cucumber, and mint till you get to the top of your glass
  3. Can drink right away or if you want a more intense flavor let sit in refrigerator for 1 hour
  4. Note: It’s about 8 calories if you eat the cucumbers
