Amaretto Strawberry Parfait

Fresh fruit is always a good choice for a dessert and just adding a couple ingredients you can make a beautiful dessert. This dessert is so simple three ingredients and two steps!

amaretto strawberry ricotta

If you avoid using artificial sweeteners, consider changing out the amaretto syrup with honey. A little bit different taste, but just as wonderful.

  • 1 cup part skim ricotta
  • 3 cups strawberries sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Torani amaretto sugar free syrup


  1. Mix amaretto syrup and ricotta
  2. Layer ricotta mix and strawberries in cup
