This Roasted Pumpkin Seed recipe will depend on how many seeds you get from your pumpkin. But it is really easy!

With 2 large pumpkins I used 2 teaspoons of salt in the boiling water and 1 teaspoon of butter and 1 teaspoon of salt to toss with the seeds before cooking.
