Jawbone UP24 Fitness Tracker And App

I received the Jawbone UP24 from AT&T to try out and share with you. I have been putting off having a wrist fitness tracker, but after a few weeks with UP24 I’m loving it. Take a closer look with my video review on the Jawbone UP24 Fitness Tracker and the UP24 App.

Don’t Lose It!

I have tried many fitness trackers, but I tend to forget to put them on, forget to take them off my clothes and put them through the wash, or forget to charge them!

I haven’t worn a watch in over a decade if not a couple decades, so at first I was having troubles getting used to having something on my wrist. After a week of wearing it I have gotten used to it and love that I don’t have to worry about losing it.

The UP24 App

You connect your Jawbone UP24 to your phone with the UP App and bluetooth. If you need to save your battery you can turn your bluetooth on once or twice a day to update your activity on the app.

One really awesome thing about the app is that you can connect it with other devices and apps that you already use. My favorite is that you can connect Up with My Fitness Pal. When you update your food Up will keep that right there with your other stats for the day.

Learn More About Your Sleep

One of my favorite features about the UP24 is that you can sleep with it on and it will track your sleep for you. Sleep is one of those health and fitness keys that a lot of people forget about, but with my battle with sleep apnea I’ve learned that it is really important to be aware of your sleep cycles.

The UP24 you don’t have to do anything and it will do all the work for you.

The Tiniest Reminders

I also really liked the vibrating reminders that the UP24 band would give you. You can program them for certain times of day as a reminder or it will give you a reminder that you haven’t been active for 15 minutes to remind you to get up and move!


I really liked the UP24 and if you are looking for a fitness tracker I would highly recommend the Jawbone UP24.
