Happy Monday #mamavation!! So today starts the #2weekchallenge for me. I’m excited and apprehensive! I tried doing it a couple rounds ago, but ended up having some health issues come up. But I’m going to try again.
I’ve got all my workouts printed and I’m ready!
Yesterday started the #64ozchallenge (30 day Water Challenge – 64 oz a day). Which so far has been amazing! I have ladies from all around joining me (you should too!) and we are having fun chatting away on twitter and facebook! The encouragement and sharing has been awesome, and with one day behind me and 70oz done I’m excited to see how the rest of the challenge goes!
I can now cross off doing a challenge this summer off of my Summer Fitness Bucket List! I’m actually doing two! And I’m looking at doing another challenge this August (30 days of exercise). If you are interested in staying up to date on challenges at Pepper Scraps sign up for the newsletter!
