The second episode of my new series on youtube (click here to subscribe!), check out what I had for dinner this week. This week was another hard week with a tight grocery budget, but I was able to make some great food.

I eat a low calorie, low carb, high protein diet. I don’t count carbs I count calories and my goal is 1200 to 1400 calories per day.
