All the Paleo recipes are low to no grain, and mostly dairy free or easily adaptable. Weight loss surgery is not a decision that is easily come by, a lot of steps are required to go through the process, there’s the surgery itself to take on and the recovery, and then adjusting your lifestyle and food choices permanently to make sure that the changes you made to your body reach their optimal potential. Yes, you are actually one of the first people who influenced me to start thinking about this, so I’ve been thinking about it and researching since the end of 2009. I have been reading a lot about how this is a tool and really have been looking at it this way.
