Sriracha Lime Edamame

Sriracha Lime Edamame

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 1 edamame steam pack 9 ounces edamame in pods
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 lime

Directions

    1. Steam edamame following directions
    2. While edamame is steaming mix sriracha, sesame oil, soy sauce, and the juice from a 1/4 slice of lime
    3. Toss edamame with sauce and serve with 1/4 slice of lime
