Finding Peace on a Plane

What a great way to find a moment of praise. As I started my flight to Utah, I plugged in my headphones to my Zune, I realized I had forgotten my book in my carry on. And the gentleman sitting on the outside was not the most gracious about letting me squeeze past him to sit by the window. No way was I going to try getting past him again.

But this was a blessing in disguise. I notice my Zune was filled with praise music. Which I was loving aa chance to just listen and enjoy.

As the anxiety of the first flight by myself started to fill me I then got to enjoy the amazing glory of God through the beauty of the scenery and music. It was wonderful to just enjoy the beautiful land that God had created and the music just filled me with even more awe.

Wow what a blessing to just bask in His glory and majesty.

EVO: I’m A Winner!!

Guess who won tickets and is on cloud nine!! I don’t even know what to do with myself. I’m starting to work on my agenda to decide which sessions and workshops I want to go to, but there are doubles of everything that I’m interested in.

I have a friend who is letting me stay in her room, which I think will be tons of fun to have someone to hang with and have actual lunch buddies.

I have my plane tickets and my room with my friend. The only things I have left to arrange is childcare and transportation from the airport. Oh and decide what I’m going to be wearing! LOL
