I have 200 days left ot go in this pregnancy and I get my real first ob appt tomorrow. I’m excited about hearing the heart beat. It’s so real when you get to do that. Though this morning sickness has been very real. Blah.

I’ve been working way too much and it looks like this next month is going to be the same. They have me working five days a week 3 out of four weeks. Which I’m tired, I don’t feel well and no one really cares at work.

I’m hoping to get some scrapbooking done tomorrow. I have someone who is going to buy a mini book from me so I need to try and get that done. My friend Andrea was talking about coming over and scrapbooking with me. That would be fun I haven’t had a craft day with friends in a long time.

I know just a quick boring update. But life has been boring lately.

Here is a layout I have created with some of this paper. I call it Imagine.

I wanted to upload a couple of templates I have made. I have posted layouts I have made with the templates. The templates themselves come in black and white, you just add your own paper, pics, title and journaling. Both templates are in a 300dpi PSD file for you.

The first template is a circle template that I had made before we had upgraded my computer and took me way too long to make. It is a 8×8 template.

This second template is a 12×12 layout I created today. I was inspired by a starbucks display. I liked the three tiers with the bar down the center. And I thought wow that would make a great layout. You can find inspiration whereever you are just take a look around.

The other day I was putting away some folded laundry on the bed that my wife didn’t have time to put away. Without thinking, I put my own stuff away and left hers laying where it was. After thinking about what I had done, I realized that I have somehow picked up the lame excuse of “Well I don’t know where all her stuff goes.”  -iamhusband.com

Maybe it was the part of me that just screamed, “I so wish TJ would try this” or maybe it was just because I think this at least once a day. But this just struck a cord for me.

And I have to give my love his dues, he is trying to clean and he does a lot of the work around our house. But I wouldn’t care if things were put in the wrong spot. Heck I am sure that it would at least get within a foot of where it belongs.

But no everything that is “designated” mine ends up on my scrapbook table. I was just thinking about this today. If I could just maybe find a new place for these “things” that “belong” to me, a box on the floor or something, then maybe at some point I could scrapbook. But as it stands my scrapbook table is piled about a foot high right now with nail polish, baskets of knick knacks, the sewing kit, baby socks and more.

I realized today why I don’t get quite as much scrapping done as I’d like.

A very special thing happened today. Zane and I were sitting in the car waiting while TJ ran into McDs to see if they had Tomb Raider in the Red Box. Suddenly a little bird sat on the outside edge of the window and just looked in at Zane. It sat there for a good full minute just staring at him. He cocked his head this way and that and Zane just loved it. It flitted to sit on the mirror by me and just stared in at me for a moment or two. Then the little darling left.

I told TJ he must have been just sitting there going, “Do you have a french fry for me? French Fry. I want a french fry.” LoL

I’ve had one frustrating day. Everything has just been going so slow for me or just plain not working. We went out to do some chores and I thought. Oh, we are going to be near the Old Navy and going to target I should look for some summery shirts for work and my trip.

Well Target was bust I tried one thing on and hated it. Everything else was expensive. And to top it off Zaney was starting to get cranky. We had forgotten his shoes so he couldn’t walk and it was frustrating him. Then Zane threw TJ’s phone and broke it. So we rushed to the car where we could strap Zane in and investigate the phone (TJ got it working later, I wonder what a cell phone repairman makes?). I gave up on Old Navy and we finished our chores.

We got home and tried laying Zaney down for a nap. He didn’t want anything to do with it.

TJ took Zane to the car parts store with him to let me work on my digi-scrapbooking. Well the computer has decided that it wants to be slow again. And it’s trying to drive me crazy. I finally got it to work for me. So now you get your first free treat below.

TJ came home and laid Zaney down because he was nodding off. And TJ went to change the oil. Zaney must have woken up and he started talking to himself. We ussually let him talk to himself in his crib, so I let him stay there.

When TJ came up and was done with the oil change. Zaney was starting to cry. My mom called, we set up a time to take her out to eat tonight, and she informed me that the woman I met to offer my services as a web designer is considering having her nephew do it. Which was very disappointing to me. Tj reminded me he was leaving for his Saturday appointment. And all this together was just too much.

But at least I got this little one out to you. I created it with my little boy in mind. It has 12 sheets of 12×12 paper in 300dpi.
