For the next 3 months I am doing a challenge called Fit for Fall. Fit for Fall has no real rules and you can make your own goals. Your goals can include weight loss, fitness goals, food goals, or anything you have been wanting to work on to make your life a little more fit.

My Goals

My goals are to get under 200 pounds once more. Which I weighed in on August 1st at 212 pounds. I want to lose 12 pounds over the next 3 months.

I am exercising everyday on my exercise bike. I do 15 minutes minimum, but ideally try and do 30-45 minutes. I am eating thoughtfully for the time being. I am not counting calories, but watching that I’m eating high protein and lots of produce.
