Weight In Wednesday Week #4

Week #4 is a real quick check in. This week I worked on logging calories and dealing with exercise while I have workmen at my house. Next week I’m trying to up my calorie intake.

You will notice that I’m using the Wii Fit U (affiliate link) to exercise. I am hoping to do a review very soon!

My Goals this week:

  1. Create 30 minute routine on Wii Fit U
  2. Create 15 minute routine on Wii Fit U
  3. #64ozchallenge
  4. Log my calories into My Fitness Pal
  5. 1400 calories per day
