Love to hear you’re getting back on track. Being honest with ourselves is really important with health and fitness! You’ve done a fantastic job so far… one bad day here and there isn’t going to hurt you and plateaus are very normal.

I’m actually surprised to hear someone say I’m inspiring, I don’t feel inspiring. But then I really do want to help other’s who want to loose the weight, one reason I’m sharing as much as I can.

Measuring is a good way to get past the plateau.
Now that it’s summer, you can try experimenting with fruits & veggies that are in season. Might help you stay within your calories if you are trying new foods or new recipes!
Keep going! You can do it!
10 lbs since the last time is great (plus those inches)! Plateaus can be really hard, but you go girl! Keep at it, and I’m sure you will be seeing more results soon.
Oh golly, been there. If I can lose the weight I am convinced everyone can. I had far more to lose than you, though (175 lbs) You got this. Just keep telling yourself that you do.
