In May I had vlogged on how to create your own recipe. Finally I’m able to put up this recipe. I added sliced ham because of my high protein diet, but this salad would be amazing with no meat at all.

Strawberry Goat Cheese Salad with Creamy Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 oz plain greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon basalmic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups lettuce
  • 3 strawberries medium
  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 oz deli ham

Directions

  1. Mix first four ingredients together and set aside
  2. Finely chop lettuce and add to bowl
  3. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of blue cheese over lettuce
  4. Slice strawberries and place on top of salad
  5. Finely slice ham and put on top of strawberries
  6. Sprinkle remaining blue cheese
  7. Drizzle dressing over the top
