Today I wanted to share a quick and easy way to make your water that more refreshing without really adding that many calories!
Cucumber & Mint Water
Ingredients
- ice
- water
- 1/2 cup cucumbers sliced
- 3-4 leafs fresh mint
Directions
- Tear the mint slightly to release the flavor
- Layer ice, cucumber, and mint till you get to the top of your glass
- Can drink right away or if you want a more intense flavor let sit in refrigerator for 1 hour
- Note: It’s about 8 calories if you eat the cucumbers
