One of the biggest differences you can make in your health is to really evaluate how you are eating. To do evaluate what you are eating you need to track the your food. That is why I decided to start a mini challenge in the PS Challengers Facebook group.
What is the Food Tracking Challenge?
This week in PS Challengers we decided to do a quick mini challenge all around Food Tracking. We are doing a one week challenge where we just track our food. You don’t have to eat perfectly, the goal is not to change how you are eating. The goal is to write everything you eat down for a week so you can then evaluate how you are eating.
If you are used to food tracking you can make an extra goal for yourself for this week. Maybe you want to eat more vegetables, eat less sugar, eat more protein, etc.

What if I Miss A Meal or A Day?
That’s okay just try writing down as much as you can remember. But remember every day wake up and say “I can do this!”
