Make Lunches for the Week in One Pot

This last month has been so busy. Have you had months like that? One of the worst things about being so busy is that I tend to forget lunch or I just grab a protein bar. But I need to be more mindful and better prepared. When I got my box from Frontier Soups (via Mom’s Meet) to share with you, I was excited. They would be perfect for making all my lunches in a few minutes and in one pot! Plus the mixes are all natural with no salt or preservatives.

Make a Large Batch

Soups are a great lunch to grab when life is hectic and you need something fast. I love to prepare a large batch of soup and then package them it in single servings ready for the week. With these great mixes from Frontier I was able to make my large batch on Monday, have my serving and just let cool and package up the left overs for the rest of the week. It took me a few minutes and I had lunches for the rest of the week.

How did they taste?

I’ve tried the Red Pepper Corn Chowder Soup Mix and the Tomato Basil Soup Mix so far and they are amazing. They taste fresh and were so fast to make!!
