#GetMovingChallenge
This week I will be starting my 30 Day #getmovingchallenge. I’m excited to do this as I did it last August and it really helped me restart my metabolism after a long plateau last summer. As I’m on another plateau I’m hoping this will push my body into the next level of weight loss.

This is great. I am going to join you 🙂 My biggest goal is to just keep on pushing to get up in the mornings. I get my best work outs in at that time but lately I have been zonked every-single-morning.
i think it’s the sugar
It really is hard to push yourself to get your work out done in the morning, but doesn’t it change how your whole day goes? Try going to bed a 1/2 an hour early and see if that makes it easier.
