Last week was all about small meals, cooking for one is really hard. I have the boys too, but Zane is incredibly picky and so it’s just easier having a basic menu for him. So that leaves me experimenting on new recipes just for me.

- Tuesday: Eggs in a Basket
- Wednesday: Buffalo Egg Salad (Recipe coming soon!)
- Thursday: Zuccini and Hummus
- Friday: Walking Lunch
- Saturday: Mother’s Book Event
- Sunday: Eat Out
Dinners:
- Monday: Zucchini Pizza Boats
- Tuesday: Wonton Ravioli
- Wednesday: Easy Slow Cooker Meat Balls
- Thursday: Eat Out (Carpooling)
- Friday: Eat Out (Carpooling)
- Saturday: Mother’s Book Event
- Sunday: White Beans and Cabbage (church potluck)
