C25K wk 2 day 1 done. Zarek helped me out the door today.

Last week was all about small meals, cooking for one is really hard. I have the boys too, but Zane is incredibly picky and so it’s just easier having a basic menu for him. So that leaves me experimenting on new recipes just for me.

Buffalo Cauliflower

Eggs in a Basket

  • Wednesday: Buffalo Egg Salad (Recipe coming soon!)
  • Thursday: Zuccini and Hummus
  • Friday: Walking Lunch
  • Saturday: Mother’s Book Event
  • Sunday:  Eat Out

Dinners:

Zucchini Pizza Boats
