Mango, chili powder and a little creaminess make this chicken salad just amazing!! I put it on a thin bun, but I think it would be even better on a bed of greens. How do you eat your chicken salad?
Mango Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 4 oz chicken breast
- 1/2 mango
- 1 tablespoon light mayo
- 1 dash chili powder
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Directions
- Chop or shred chicken
- Dice mango
- Place everything in a bowl and mix
