Sounds like you are on top and following what your DR has suggested, I loooooooove Eggs in a Basket too, but I haven’t had it in a long time. I have a fear of making it now because I burned my hand really bad one time while I was making it … so now my husband has to make them. Course, he’s a trained chef – so… I don’t think it’s a problem. LOL…
I need to jump back on the weight loss band wagon now…
