This week I have a mini challenge for you. This is only a one week challenge! Let’s look and see how much sugar we are eating in a day. You don’t have to count exact numbers, but be conscious of what you are eating.
The goal is to try and stay under 40 grams of sugar for each day.

This is so important. My mom and my brother both have type 2 diabetes and my mom has her sugar under control but my brother is very, very non compliant. So I have started cooking diabetic friendly foods. They actually taste pretty good.
