Hi I'm Pepper. My family and I are sharing pieces of our lives.
We hope to inspire you by showing that even small changes can make the biggest differences in your life. You don't have to go to extremes to become healthy. Just do it one habit, one meal, one walk, and one hug at a time.
Let's work together one piece at a time making better habits, eating healthier, getting moving, and most of all loving our families.

Thank you for visiting That Army WIfe LIfe during Comment Hour. If you’re looking for more low or no carb recipes, check out the Paleo Recipes tab under “in The Kitchen” on my tool bar. All the Paleo recipes are low to no grain, and mostly dairy free or easily adaptable. My husband has had some stomach issues and is on the Paleo diet, which has seemed to help so we’ve really reduced our grain and dairy intake. 🙂
I will have to look that up that may help me searching thru all the recipes on the recipe sites too.
Good for you! Weight loss surgery is not a decision that is easily come by, a lot of steps are required to go through the process, there’s the surgery itself to take on and the recovery, and then adjusting your lifestyle and food choices permanently to make sure that the changes you made to your body reach their optimal potential.
As you know, I had weight loss surgery in November of 2009, and it’s the best decision I have ever made. I wish you the best for your weight loss journey!
Thanks for stopping by Jenn means a lot to me. Yes, you are actually one of the first people who influenced me to start thinking about this, so I’ve been thinking about it and researching since the end of 2009.
I have been reading a lot about how this is a tool and really have been looking at it this way. It’s not “the miracle answer”, it’s something to help me work towards my goals and to help me learn more about me and my body.
