Hi I'm Pepper. My family and I are sharing pieces of our lives.
We hope to inspire you by showing that even small changes can make the biggest differences in your life. You don't have to go to extremes to become healthy. Just do it one habit, one meal, one walk, and one hug at a time.
Let's work together one piece at a time making better habits, eating healthier, getting moving, and most of all loving our families.

Hi Pepper!
I am so glad you joined in – it’s nice to meet you. You did a great job!
LOL on experimenting on your child. It actually really is a learning experience and each one is different!
The restaurant sounds yummy – I think I would go there each day too : )
Thanks for mingling!
Hello Pepper,
So I’m not alone! I’m new to mingling this week as well. You did a wonderful job! I am an “old” sitcom person too. Many of them are my favorites. I look forward to watching more of your videos.
Thanks for the welcome Jennifer!!!
Hi K, I checked out your video too and you did such a great job! I love your background!
Buffy was totally our favorite show when it was on Tv.. that and Angel.. which of course led to our start with Bones. 🙂 I think I am going to suggest Buffy for our next netflix series to watch.
Worrying about whether we are doing things right is what I think makes a better parent.
Don’t you love netflix!
Nice! Man, that’s a lotta scifi !
About the child rearing, just go with your “gut” you know your kids better than anyone else….
P.S. does your husband realize his Buffy “obsession” has been outed on the blog 😀
Haha, I know we are sci fi freaks! And yes now my hubby does know that he has been outed, he wanted to see the vlog I did so he got to find out that way. LOL
Welcome to Monday Mingle! Glad you joined in!
Mat and I like a lot of their shows too, we were big time Battlestar Gallactica fans. YES! Fantastic choice! LOL That was such a good series, we’re working on building the dvd collection. Though, I haven’t watched Caprica yet.
Hole in the wall places are the best, though aren’t they! Mmm
I think every parent has that little fear in the back of their mind.
Hope you’re having a great week{end}!
Hi Pepper (great name),
I discovered you through SITS and so I’m supposed to say something about Saturday but I can’t remember what it is.
As far as raising children, accept the fact that you won’t do it perfectly, accept the fact that they won’t always like you, accept the fact that it isn’t your job to make them happy – it’s your job to make them responsible caring citizens, accept the fact that they will make mistakes and it does not mean you’r a bad parent it just means they have to make their own choices, and take the moments as they come.
How do I know? Seven kids, four of which I’ve raised to adulthood so far.
