I’m enjoying that I have a scheduled time I can do my menu plan and grocery shopping. We are sharing one car right now and so I have some free time before and after work. Which I really wanted to use the time to relax but also get some things done. So now I am scheduling our meals on Plan to Eat and taking a nice walk 20 minute walk to the grocery store with that time. It’s wonderful! Here is the plan for this week:
The Menu:
Lunch:
- Monday: Tomato Pizzas
- Tuesday: Mexican Frittata
- Wednesday: Tuna Melt
- Thursday: Curried Chickpea Tuna Salad
- Friday: Eat Out
- Saturday: Chicken w/Greek Yogurt Dip
- Sunday: Eat Out
Dinners:
- Monday: Asian Turkey Meatballs with Spicy Broccoli Bites
- Tuesday: Copy Cat Trader Joe’s Chili Lime Chicken Burgers
- Wednesday: Breakfast for Dinner: Crepes
- Thursday: Eat Out
- Friday: Eat Out
- Saturday: Spicy Turkey Bake (still perfecting the recipe)
- Sunday: Lime Chicken Tacos (still perfecting the recipe)
