I’m enjoying that I have a scheduled time I can do my menu plan and grocery shopping. We are sharing one car right now and so I have some free time before and after work. Which I really wanted to use the time to relax but also get some things done. So now I am scheduling our meals on Plan to Eat and taking a nice walk 20 minute walk to the grocery store with that time. It’s wonderful! Here is the plan for this week:
The Menu:
Lunch:
- Monday: Asian Chicken Salad (Recipe will be posted tomorrow!)
- Tuesday: Zucchini Pizza Boats
- Wednesday: Red, White & Blue Quinoa Salad with Chicken
- Thursday: Curried Chickpea Tuna Salad
- Friday: Skinny Buffalo Dip
- Saturday: Protein Bar and Coffee
- Sunday: Egg Salad
Dinners:
- Monday: Mini Taco Salads
- Tuesday: Grilled Middle Eastern Burgers with Yogurt Sauce
- Wednesday: Coconut Chicken with Strawberry Pineapple Salsa
- Thursday: Skinny Buffalo Burger Quesadillas (with beef)
- Friday: Eat Out
- Saturday: Crockpot Bacon & Cheese Chicken
- Sunday: Asian Meatballs with Lime Sesame Dipping Sauce
