The Menu:
Lunch:
- Monday: Whatever needs to be used Frittata
- Tuesday: Tuna Melt
- Wednesday: Curried Chickpea Tuna Salad
- Thursday: Chicken Breast with Greek Yogurt Dip
- Friday: Left over Chickpea Tuna Salad
- Saturday: Nuts, deli meat, and yogurt
- Sunday: Left over Creamy Black Bean Chicken Soup
Dinners:
- Monday: Lime Chicken Tacos (still perfecting this recipe
- Tuesday: Asian Turkey Meatballs with Riced Cauliflower
- Wednesday: Beef, Potato, and Quinoa Soup
- Thursday: Creamy Black Bean Chicken Soup
- Friday: Eat Out
- Saturday: Mexican Meatloaf (Recipe to come soon!)
- Sunday: Bacon Wrapped Turkey Burgers
