Did you make a healthy eating resolution for the New Year? Today I want to share with you one of my favorite ways to prepare my easy healthy lunches for the week in only 15 minutes. With only a few items and a little time to prep I was able to make my lunches for the week ready to grab and run. This week I only needed four lunches it would only take a moment more to make a fifth lunch.

Things you will need:
- Plastic Boxes (Ziploc makes my favorite {Affiliate Link})
- Lunch Meat (Other protein ideas: chicken breast, tuna, eggs)
- 1-2 Vegetables of Your Choice
- Fruit Optional
- 1-3 Sauces (Greek Yogurt, Mustard, Guacamole)
- 1-3 Varieties of Cheese
- 1-2 Whole Grain Carbs (Bagel, Crackers, Rice Cakes)
All of these lunches are about 300 calories you can adjust the calories to your own dietary needs.
Tuesday:
Whole Grain Crackers, Lunch Meat, Babybel, Green Beans, Honey Mustard Greek Yogurt Dip
Wednesday:
Cucumbers, Lunch Meat, Guacamole, Babybel, Trisquits
Thursday:
Build your Sandwich: Whole Wheat Bagel, Cucumber, Lettuce, Cheese, Lunch Meat
Friday:
Green Beans, Herb String Cheese, Lunch Meat, Trisquits
