Menu Plan

I’m getting into the swing of things and really getting used to Costco shopping and bento making. This week I bought up lots of fruits and veggies. You can see that fruits and vegetables make up a large portion of  my bentos. I try to stick to one serving of each or more vegetables than anything. My nutritionist and my doctor tended to tell me to avoid fruit due to the fact they are high in sugar. But really if you watch your portions fruit is mainly water and fiber and healthy. Plus when you are looking at a candy bar or fruit, fruit will always be a better choice.
