
Well TJ(Hubby) is back to school this week. It’s very hard to think I won’t see him till late 2 days a week. So it is back to menu planning for one + the boys.
This week I actually spaced him going back so this morning I had to do a full redo to the menu plan. With Plan to Eat it really only meant dragging and dropping the meals to different days. Gotta love Plan to Eat (fyi click the link and sign up supports PS)!

No Bentos this week – the weekend was so busy (I will be sharing later this week!) I didn’t have my usualy Food Prep Time. Do you have Food Prep on your weekend schedule?
Dinners:
Monday: Frittata
Tuesday: Crock Pot Jalapeno Popper Chicken (Crock Pot) with Spicy Broccoli Bites
Wednesday: Frittata
Thursday: Crock Pot Chicken Taco Chili
Friday: Bacon Wrapped Pineapple Turkey Burgers (Beef this Week)
Saturday: Grilled Chicken & Fruit Kabobs
