Life is changing for our family this week, my husband is starting school today. He is going to night school Monday through Wednesdays so we will be missing him in the evenings. This means I will be making food only for me in the evenings (+ the boys). Making my menu plan was hard this week.
The Menu:
Lunch:
- Monday: Crab Frittata
- Tuesday: Apple & Cheddar Frittata (Recipe coming soon!)
- Wednesday: Lunch at Work Retreat
- Thursday: Asian Plum Quinoa Salad with Deli Meat Roll Ups
- Friday: Walking Lunch
- Saturday: Asian Plum Quinoa Salad Leftovers
- Sunday: Eat Out
Dinners:
- Monday: Bacon Wrapped Turkey Burgers with Spicy Broccoli Bites
- Wednesday: Crock Pot Chicken Taco Chili
- Thursday: Eat Out (Carpooling)
- Friday: Eat Out (Carpooling)
- Saturday: Healthy Pizza Stuffed Hamburgers
- Sunday: Greek Yogurt + Ranch Dip Mix & Carrot Chips (taking the easy way out on church potluck)
Last Weeks Goals:
Call doctor and get in for a check- 3 days of exercise
- Log calories everyday
- Watch Weight Loss Guru Video every day off

- Be patient with the boys
- Do C25K 3 days this week
- Log Calories

Your menu looks great! I made a Hawaiian pulled pork and we will be having the leftovers this week, the thing could feed an army.

Wow. Your menu is so exciting! Those pizza stuffed burgers sound yum. I have absolutely nothing exciting to share. But, when I do, I’ll let you know! 🙂
