I enjoy spicing things, but my absolute favorite burn is the burn that wasabi gives you. It’s quick, hot and then gone. I hate when the burn lingers on your tongue and you are trying everything to get it off to stop the pain. If you have never had wasabi I highly recommend trying it!
My first experience with wasabi was in a dark restaurant. I could barely see what was on my plate and I thought it was avocado. I took a small spoonful, but that was enough! My face turned red and my eyes and nose started watering. Wasabi holds a great little punch. So the trick to eating it is a small amount will give you lots of flavor.

Love wasabi. Need to try this!
wow this sounds like a wonderful way to make egg salad. I too love Wasabi. I think the only reason I eat sushi is for the wasabi lol… now I have another way. 🙂 And we have egg salad on the menu this week. Time to kick it up a notch. 🙂
This is such an interesting and albeit healthy snack recipe you got here. I’m sure my girls will love this twist in their favorite egg. Thanks!
hmm, very cool
