If you haven’t heard Zarek is going to school this year. He is loving school, but one of the things I’ve really been working on is trying to figure out some great healthy snacks for him and for Zane too! That’s why I’m sharing 23 of my favorite healthy kid snacks.
What About Sugar?
I let my boys have sugar in their snacks and I try to not stress about giving them too much sugar. But as they are pretty hyperactive little guys I try to make sure I’m giving them healthy snacks. I don’t mind giving my children alternatives to sugar, but if it is not a natural alternative like Truvia we do it in moderation.
Here are some of my favorite healthy kid snacks I have collected to prepare for my boys!

- Yogurt dipped fruit
- Yogurt Drops
- Rainbow Yogurt Parfait with Toasted Quinoa
Protein:
- Hard Boiled Eggs – heart shaped!
Even though I don’t have little kids anymore these are some tasty treats most adults would love as well.

I’ve almost always got healthy popscicles in the freezer (ground fruit and some Vi shake mix)
we usually stick to things like apple sauce, and nuts, and of course, whatever fruits/veggies she didn’t have time to finish for lunch. 🙂 Pinning this post so I can grab it for quick ideas!
